- Vanilla Sky - an underrated movie. a typical Crowe
- I Am Sam - Penn shoulda won best actor
- A Beautiful Mind - a bit overrated but still very good
- Gosford Park - great direction by Altman. cast is great!
- Anniversary Party - film no one saw, unfortunately
- Blow - terrific '60s/'70s era piece by late Demme
- Black Hawk Down - the best action movie of the year
- Lord of the Rings - classic fantasy a bit overrated
- K-Pax enjoyable sci-fi w/xlnt acting by Spacey/Bridges
- Made - not as good as Swingers, how could it be
- Shallow Hal - best comedy of the year
