Did you go to the Body Bag (click to view flyer) show (click to view stills of show) at the Boiler Room? Then you are entitled to a free CD. If you got your CD, you may have noticed it was not labeled. Here is the information about the songs on the CD.
- Shockwaves - by the Antman, recorded 1981. On the CD, it's Brad Ryerson, guitar, Gary Bratcher on bass, and Eddie Ruff on keyboards. And of course the Antman is singing. His website is www.antiquiousv.com -- At the show on March 20 the song was performed by the Antman himself, making his live debut, along with Eddie Ruff on keyboards, Jean Erasserret on bass, Scott Sturtevant aka Slim the Drifter on guitar, and Rick Bertino on drums.
- Fat Cat by The Feelers, recorded 1985. On the CD it's Gary Bratcher on guitar and vocals (he wrote the song), Byron lively on bass and backing vocals, Jay Larsen on backing vocals, and Eddie Ruff on keyboards. Body Bag did the song live with Eddie on keyboards and vocals, Scott aka Slim on bass, Jean on guitar, and Rick on drums.
- Crazy Life by The Terrorists, recorded 1982. This version was released on a vinyl single in spring '82. No copies are available anywhere, sorry. Eddie Ruff is on vocals, Brad Ryerson on guitar, and Gary Bratcher on bass. Body Bag did the song live with Eddie on guitar and vocals, Jean on bass, Scott on keyboards and Rick on drums.
- Is It Late? by The Lizerds recorded 1981. On the CD the bass and vocals are done by Brad Ryerson, who wrote the song, Marvin "Cole" Jolley played guitar, and Bruce Brink was on drums. This was also available on a vinyl single, in 1981. The vinyl singles are going for hundreds of dollars on eBay. This song, due to the difficulty level, was not performed live by Body Bag, sorry!
- Coming Back From the Dead, by Teen Suicide, recorded 1981. The song on the CD was recorded live at the Falafel restaurant downtown, with Brad Ryerson on vocals, Scott aka Slim on guitar, Gary Bratcher on bass, and Bruce Brink on drums. This song was done by Body Bag with Jean and Eddie on guitars, Scott aka Slim on bass, and Rick on drums.
- Pamela Puss by The Phones recorded in the '90s -- an updated version of the Phones song done back in 1979. Jean Erasserret played all the instuments for the recording except for some guitar leads... more info on who played those soon. Body Bag did the song with Jean on guitar, Eddie playing keyboard bass and Rick on drums.
- Bonus cut on some CDs! Wahooba Baby by Bertino Music. This was Rick Bertino's song from circa 1987, with Rick singing, and other players yet to be determined! This song was, unfortunately, not performed by Body Bag.
